QBG Geojit Securities LLC (QBGG ) has entered into business alliance with Stockal Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the United States and having its office at 25, Broadway, New York, NY – 10004, United State of America, represented by its authorized representative Stockal Software Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its registered office at 557, 14th Main, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bangalore 560102 India. Stockal Inc. has developed and operates Stockal which is a digital platform that facilitates through Partner(s), managed and/or single account access to investors who desire to invest across multiple global stock exchanges and execute trades. All transactions/ orders being placed by the clients shall be executed through a third party broker named Drive Wealth LLC. The role of QBGG, under this alliance is strictly limited to being a Referrer to introduce prospective clients to Stockal Inc. to have access to Stockal Platform and Services. Stockal Inc. Products/ Services are not Exchange traded products/ services and hence, all disputes with respect to the distribution activity would not have access to Exchange investor redressal or Arbitration mechanism. The Customer(s) shall have direct recourse to Stockal Inc to resolve their queries in relation to the products/ services offered by Stockal Inc.
